Treasury Coordinator (Jakarta Raya) May 09Responsibilities:

Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh data dan penginputan ledger pada SAP
Mengajukan pengisisan, merencanakan, serta mengontrol pelaksanaan transaksi petty cash, bank, advance operation dan traved yang terjadi di wilayah cakupan
Memonitor pelaksanaan pengajuan advance operation di wilayah cakupan
Memonitor dan mengendalikan pengeluaran dana yang terjadi di seluruh wilayah cakupan agar sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan pengeluaran dana tersebut serta sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan
Memonitor pertanggungjawaban advance agar tidak terjadi penundaan settlement
Memonitor pelaksanaan cash count di wilayah cakupan
Memonitor pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi bank di wilayah cakupan
Memonitor outstanding advance operation, outstanding travad, saldo staff loan, serta saldo salary deduction
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
Min. 25 years old and max 30 years old
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and experienced in a supervisory level is required for this position
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial & Reporting Accounting or Financial Controller
Full-Time positions available
