Director, Finance & Accounting Post Date: 22 Jun 09This is a strategic and high profile position where an individual selected for the positionwill be held responsible for directing the overall Companyfinance and accounting functions, which include but not limited tooverseeing the accurate and timely preparation of budgets, monthly and annual financial statements and audits, the billing and collection of accounts receivable, the processing and payments of invoices, the filing and payment of taxes, cash management and financial analysis.The individual should possess15 years of hands-onfinance and accounting experience with a multi-national corporation or international accounting firm,including 10 yearsof managerial experience;solid knowledge and experience with GAAP accounting, methods, Indonesian taxation, financial analysis, and computerized accounting software systems; ability and desire to be constantly up-to-date regarding developments in the field though professional associations and continuing education; master degreein accounting and finance, from a reputable and recognized university, preferably from abroad.
