Senior Manager Finance will reporting to Operational Director on regards of Accounting and Financing Activity that stand for WWF Regional Office. Thus, this person should well-known with any related activity that emerge Internationally in order to make a Finance analysis, prepare a taxation report, and make evaluation budgeting on terms and condition applied.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Provide the Operational Director with strategic financial oversight and financial management advice internationally.
2. Develop and implement financial policies in line with donor requirements.
3. Produce monthly finance reports that coherence with regional demand.
4. Input transactions into relevant computer software.
5. Prepare cash account on monthly basis.
6. Prepare Regional Bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
7. Manage payroll overseas.
8. Candidate may need travel within the region to provide support services.
The qualifications are as follows:
1. University degree in accounting, finance or professional qualification in finance.
2. Minimal 5 years experience in a finance and accounting Managerial position.
3. Understanding of International Financial Accounting Principles, Financial Management and Donor requirements.
4. Able to manage taxation on the international transaction.
5. Experience working for an international organization preferred.
6. Experience managing USAID grants preferred.
7. Written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
8. Ability to use accounting software such as QuickBook, MYOB, Accpac, Solomon, etc.
9. Graduated from well-known university. Master Degree would be an advantage.
