Support and coordinate secretaries and protocols during any events;
Assist, advise and support director during internal and external affairs;
Facilitate and develop relationship also partnership with government and private company;
Attending to all queries according relation with corporate secretary issues of the company and regulation;
Advise about law’s company management and practice on legal-related-issues on company actions.
Requirements:
Experience min. 3 years as corporate secretary or related managerial position;
Male/ Female age max 35 years;
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in finance / literature / banking;
Good communication (in English both oral and written), interpersonal skill & leadership;
Posses special set of skills, sense of leadership, honesty, professionalism, integrity and highly dedicated to support and develop the well being of the company;
Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solution.
