Minimum of age: 30 years old
S1 degree in Management / Business Administration from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 2,75 (MUST)
Good working experience in customer service
Has good computer skills (MS Office)
Fluent in both oral & written English
Physically and mentally healthy
Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
Good communication skill, negotiation skill, problem solver, and good in decision making
