Gender: MALE
Minimum of age: 30 years old
S1 degree in Finance / Legal from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75 (MUST)
At least 5 years of working experience in listed company in Corporate Secretary / Finance Department
Good knowledge of Bapepam and JSX rules and regulations
Good understanding of Stock market operations; Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting; Legal drafting capability
Has good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, interpersonal skills
Has good computer skills (MS Office)
Fluent in both oral & written English
Nice appearance, physically and mentally healthy
Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
