The position as receptionist comprehends welcoming all visitors, handling all incoming phone calls, following up on appointments and assisting the Office Administrator.

Your job is to make the visitor feel welcomed. Networking is essential for the office and establishing friendly and friendly relation starts with the first contact (by phone or with visitors).
