FINANCIAL CONTROLLER Post Date: 01 May 09The exclusive Oakley distributor for Indonesia is searching for a like-minded individual to fill the position of FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.
The Financial Controller is a key senior member of the finance team. This position will report directly to the CFO.
The Financial Controller will provide support to the CFO and is directly responsible for management and control of the following critical functions of the finance department:
-- Accounts Receivable
-- Cash-flow Management
-- Tax Compliance
Core Requirements:
-- Degree in Accounting/Finance. CPA, CFA or Master Degree is an advantage
-- 5 to 8 years experiences in public accounting, auditing and/or combination of public/private experience with financial reporting and analysis
-- In-depth understanding of accounts receivable, cash flow management and tax compliance functions.
-- Mastery of knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial/accounting policies, procedures, internal control and management accounting/budgeting.
-- Proactively initiate changes for accounting system & business process improvement.
-- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team over multiple locations.
-- Experience with finance management systems.
-- The ability to work with and communicate clearly to shareholders, customers and associates.
-- Exposure in Life Style/Fashion/Retail Industry is an advantage.
-- Must be motivated to lead others.
-- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-- Must possess excellent communication (English- both oral and written), leadership and interpersonal skills.
-- Excellent organization, planning, and problem solving skills.
