To organize, plan, direct and control all finance/accounting and administration matters with a primary focus on the strict internal controls needed to preserve the integrity and the interests of the region.
Directly responsible for all aspects of financial planning and control and support management in its profitable growth objectives by assessing financial resources and risks.
Actively support management in the definition of short, medium and long term business objectives and action plans that are required to fulfill the Company’s long term profitable growth goal.
Thorough assessment of risks, financing requirements and profitability estimation for new projects, JV’s, or partnerships, so as to advise management on the financial viability of each one of them.
Work with Head Office to standardize, implement and control the necessary systems, processes and procedures that must be maintained to ensure we manage information in an efficient and reliable manner, and comply with US GAAP, local regulations and the Company’s Process & Procedures.
Qualification:

Bachelors (MBA preferred) in Finance/Accounting from reputable university; oversea graduate are preferred.
Have more than 5 years experience within similar position, exposure toward O&G/IT/Telecommunication Industry are a plus.
Experience working in several global company within executive level.
Strong organization, tracking, follow-up and analytical skills with the ability to collect, access and report factual data and present logical conclusions.
Able to exercise full responsibility over financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Liquidity), and sound management control over receivables, CAPEX evolution, all expenses’ lines, and the way accounting provisions are made.
Ability to manage all reporting financial results as per Company’s financial procedures and deadlines.
Fluent in English, oral as also written.
High team spirit. Ability to work well with internal staffs and third parties.
Proficient in Excel is required

Liaise with external party : Tax Consultant, Auditor , Tax Office , Bank and other Government bodies
Ensure all the accounting issue comply with local statutory requirements and Group's Rules
Assisting in other office matters & ad-hoc duties in the area of operations, administration, HR, legal, etc
Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor degree (S1) from Accounting/Finance
At least have 5 years of working experience in the related field, especially in supervisor level, Multi National Company (preferable)
Familiar with any computerized Accounting Software, SAP (Preferable)
Knowledge in Local Tax issue
Be able tocommunicate in English (Verbal & Writting)
