HR Specialist - Indonesia

HR Specialist Job specifications :

- Conduct training needs analysis & conduct inhouse training

- Work with external facilitators in delivering training

- Work with managers to facilitate individual employee's training & development

- Search & process recruitment of candidates assigned

- Work with HR Employee Services in the design of recognition and communication to employees

Qualifications :

- Good command of English (both verbal & written)

- Conducting training experience 3-5 years

- Experience in collaborating with manager to facilitate HR management programs

- Good planning & organizing skills

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Minimum S1 - preferably from Psychology

- Outgoing, mature, able to keep confidential

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Indonesia

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Requirement :

Degree S1 or S2 (Psychology / HRD Management)
Interested in developing human resource area
Minimum 1 year experience as Organizational Development
Able to understand and have knowledge in Performance Management System, Balance Scorecard, Six Sigma, CBHRM is preferable
