Our client, one of big 5 group of companies in Indonesia, currently is looking for a:

GM Human Resources

by organization architecture, this position functioned as people development desk for the whole group, including for the director levels from different industry. The incumbent must constantly work with HR Director in assisting all business units to receive shared services of people development program.

Our client's businesses now are in the most competitive environment and the some of them are the most promising business. To manage the development desk effectively in such situation, the candidate must have 2 (two) basic qualification. First, she/he must have been exposed to various industry (as a manager) to ensure that People Development approach is applicable to the nature of multi-industry company of our client’s. Second, she/he must be very strong in business analytical skills, which should had been proven generated tangible results in HR deliverables from previous or current position.

The incumbent will; be presented with above market rate remuneration package including Car Ownership Program on one hand, and will enjoy the international exposure as well as personal development opportunities on the other hand.

A sufficient period of time (at least 10 years) as a manager in international companies with MBA degree are basic requirement. Fluent in English and willingness to do heavy travel is considered reflection of professionalism.
