HR OFFICER Requirements

Female, HR background, strong inter-personal skills, able to challenge existing ways of working and implement change.
Job description:

To manage the human resources of the company
To run calculation on Compensation and Benefits
To manage monthly Payroll processes
To carry out HR reporting
To support the implementation of performance management process
To support line management to source candidates
Educational requirement:

S-1 Graduate from reputable university.
Required characteristics:

Possesses leadership skill and training competence
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in English and local language/s
Good written/verbal communication skills and proven problem solving skills
Must be proficient with computer applications including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Must have high integrity and be able to perform well under pressure
