Supervisor Service Manager - Indonesia

Service Manager/Supervisor Responsibilities :

- Manage the daily technical issue of a service outlet

- Supervise a team of technician / engineer

- Solve a cute customer complains

- Regular report to Country Manager and Head Quarter

Qualifications :

- Experienced in Service Center field for at least 3 years

- S1 Graduated, majoring in IT, Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization

- Good analytical skill

- Good interpersonal skill

- Have interest in IT fields as well as IT hardware products

- Ready to work hard and under pressure
