Costing Supervisor, Accounting Staff, Temporary Tax Staff Costing Supervisor

The Role

Reports directly to General Accounting & Costing Manager. The incumbent will be responsible to prepare reconciliation to all inventories on stock status report to GL for legal entity. Make sure PPV variance reports are correct in standard price, UOM, conversion factor.Issue separate sheet obsolete inventory for QA reporting and reconciliation. Prepare reconciliation obsolete inventory from damaged goods movement to damaged goods separate sheet and GL. Prepare other production cost list for reporting and prepare journal. Take part in physical inventory stock take.Monitoring and up date damaged goods and destruction material to proper reconciliation.Issue WIP sheet, compare with batch record reconciliation for process completing and WIP report list. Prepare standard direct labor and FOH Variance, Material Usage Variance, Yield Variance, Efficiency Variance.

The Person

Hold minimum S1 degree in Accountingfrom reputable university with minimum GPA 3,0 (scale of 4). Having minimum 3 years experience in the similar position in multinational environment. Strong incostaccounting.

Accounting Staff

The Role

Reports directly to Accounting Supervisor. The incumbent will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable.

The Person

Hold minimum SI degree in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,0 (scale of 4). Having minimum 1 year experiencein similar position in multinational environment. Strong in general accounting. Familiar with JDE system.

Temporary Tax Staff

The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting tax matters.

The Person

Hold minimum S1 degree in Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,8 (scale of 4). Understand taxation and general accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
