CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - Indonesia

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR The incumbent will monitor & follow up all complaints, supervise the operation of information desk & safe deposit counter, provide the customer service report on monthly basis and also the ideas to reduce the customer complaint and create internal in-store promotion program.

Job requirements:

Min D3 degree, preferably S1 degree in any major
Single Female, age between 25 +- 29 years old, preferably candidates with customer service experience
Mature, pleasant personality, sympathetic and customer service oriented
Good interpersonal, communication and teaching skill
Computer literate and fluent in English both oral and written
Willing to work under shift schedule and on public holiday as scheduled
