Responsibilities:
Budget monitoring and Cost Control
Journal entries to the system, check all reports and supporting documents
Preparing project agreement for client
Monitoring purchase order from clients
Project Invoicing
Maintain & Collect Account Receivables
Monitoring Project Payment
Liaise with Tax Consultant
Financial Reporting as required
General Administration: Filling, Input Tax Weekly, and Legal Documents
Requirements:
A basic degree in Economy, Accounting, and Taxation or relevant major
Have 2 years’ relevant work experience is an advantage
Experience in Public Accounting Firm is a Plus!
Strong personality, good communication skills and resourceful
Excellent analytical skill and client servicing skills
Excellent spoken and written English
