Project Manager Function

Manages all aspects of a project (project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement) (1)
As required, project manages all allocated bid responses.
Essential skills and Experience

Knowledge and Experience Broad, technology solution based, project management experience and success across a range of projects, organizations and technologies.
Certified in one of the mainstream project management certifications
Preferable experience in the telecommunications sector.

Skills Excellent leadership, people management, planning, budgeting and project tracking skills.
Highly effective communication, conflict resolution and people management skills that leads to productive teams and excellent working relationships with all parties.
Take ownership (delivery, interruptions, etc) of issues through to resolution.
Quickly identify, analyse and pro-actively solve problems before they affect the outcomes of projects.
Excellent English oral and written communications skills.
Quickly learn new skills and technologies.
Quickly gain credibility and build successful relationships with customers, third parties, and eSG staff.
Work effectively with people across multiple organizational, functional, geographic and cultural boundaries, and across a wide spectrum of technical and professional skills.
Work autonomously as and when required.
