SALES ENGINEER (INFOCOMM) FOR ENTERPRISE MARKET SEGMENT Job Responsibilities :

Work closely with sales team to understand and access customer requirements
Prepare and demonstrate infocomm products such as router, switch, LAN/WAN solution, firewall, SSL, VPN, DWDM, Multiplexer, etc.
Address technical questions that arise throughout the sales proecess
Engage directly wit h the customers on both technical and non-technical level to ensure superior service
Interact directly with enterprise technical support teams to resolve issues
Responsible in securing order from enterprise market
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer


General Qualification :

S-1 Graduated in Computer Science or related technical degree
Have at least 2 years experience as Sales Engineer for IT products and proven track record in selling technology solution to the Indonesian Enterprise markets
Experience designing technical solution to meet customer requirements
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Extensive networking in enterprise (advantage)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of networking-related technologies (LAN,WAN, Wireless IP Radio, Optical Network)
Experience working in windows environments
Target oriented person
Good soft skills and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently and in team work
Min. 25 years of age
