ADMINISTRATOR – SECRETARY ( 1 POSITION) REQUIREMENTS :

Min D3 in Public Relation / Marketing / Secretary / Administration
Female, Age max. 25 years old
At least 1 year experiences as Receptionist / Secretarial works, experience in Multi National Company will be advantage
Computer literate (Windows and Microsoft Office Application, Adobe photoshop etc)
Fluent English is a must, both oral and written. Mandarin will be advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Able to work under pressure
Have valid driving license C as well as A
Have good looking appearance, polite and friendly attitude, honest, responsible and willing to work flexible hours if needed
Able to handle communication tools within the office and maintain meeting schedules
Detail oriented, high spirit, creative and self motivated person
Good Administration Skill
Have sense of urgency Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills
Willing to learn, work hard and grow with the company
THE JOB :

FRONT DESK SUPPORTGreet, direct walk-in customers
Answer incoming calls, hold and transfer accordingly. If recipient is not around, leave message on desk
Compose correspondence, fax, distribute and file, if necessary
Record, stamp and arrange for courier service for outgoing mail
Receive incoming documents or parcel, acknowledge and distribute
Type courier consignment slips, arrange pick up for parcel / document
Compose, type, fax enquiries for staff activities
Arrange flowers for special events / occasions
Arrange cab for visitors or walk-in customers through reception

SECRETARIAL SUPPORTMake travel arrangement-booking of air tickets & arrange hotel accommodation
Preparation and application of VISA for travellers as and when require
Arrange for hotel accommodations for incoming guest
Co-ordinating in house seminars/training/workshops/exhibition/promotion
Sourcing and ordering all office needs i.e. equipment, stationary and in house hold
Coordination of various course/training programmes for employees, submission of SDF
Application and follow-up on outcome of applications.
