Assisting the Finance Controller to ensure proper functioning of system & procedures in the organization. Also suggesting the areas of improvement to further strengthen the systems & procedure & areas of cost reduction in the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:
University degree in Accounting with about3 years experience at the officer level. Post Graduation degree in Accounting will be preferred
Able to work with a little guidance, self starter, committed, result oriented & a good team player
Excellent knowledge of accounting, financial report and analysis & Taxation Skill-full in using related program of Finance and Accounting
Proficient in written and oral English The jobholders primary areas of responsibilities included (but are not limited to) the following activities:
a. To regularly check the effectiveness of Sales Accounting system
b. To regularly check the accuracy of Cash & Bank Payment system
c. To check the effectiveness of Bills Processing system
d. To check the accuracy of Financial Accounting system
e. To suggest the improvement areas to further strengthen the system & procedures
& cost reduction
f. To ensure the Direct & Indirect Tax Laws applicable in Indonesia
g. To perform related duties assigned by the Management
