Country Manager - Indonesia

Country Manager You must be:Fluency in English is a must (Written, reading, verbal)
IT skills at average or above
Extensiveexperience in the Export sector preferably in a multinational company
Based in Surabaya
Management experience
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and high level of integrity
Hands on, meticulous, highly motivated and must have the ability to work independently
Job Description:

To Manage daily management of the Staff and office in general
To prepare budget, cost, and turnover
In charge of all license, financal and tax matters
Communicate with both buyers and suppliers
Price negotiations on behalf of European counterpart
Requiretravelling with irregular working hours
Responsible for approval of daily expenses for the office maintenance according to the budget
Ensure efficient order follow up,timely deliveries and quality control
