Finance and Administration Manager - Indonesia

Finance and Administration Manager Responsibilities:

General office administration and maintenance including utilities, stationery supplies, and upkeep of facilities.
Petty cash management
Manage full set of accounts
Cash flow management
Preparation and submission of financial reports (Balance Sheet, P & L, and Cash Flow Statement) on monthly and consolidated basis
Responsible for overall costing operations for the Company
Verify accuracy of journal records for payment, receipt, and adjustments
Prepare payment (electronic or cheques) to suppliers and invoicing to clients
Preparation of Payroll.
Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Provide timely reporting of all costing, financial and management reports
Monthly tax submission


Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, ACCA / CIMA.
Minimum 4 years related experience
Experience in performing regional consol account is an added advantage.
Mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines
Meticulous and well organized with flair for details
Strong financial, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Possess drive and commitment and able to cope with every work schedule
