Responsibilities & Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;
Min 2 years experience in finance dept
Supervises A/R receivable team in the collection of Accounts receivable
Interfaces with client to ensure timely collections
Prepares management reporting and analysis of A/R & Collections
Good understanding in general accounting such as accruals, prepayment, journal entries
Motivation facing challenges
Strong problem solutions
Hands on
Flexible on considering different realities
Respect someone’s else opinion but without passive action
