The MIS Reporting unit is part of the Finance & Treasury Division and is responsible for production and distribution of management reports across all divisions of the Bank. The role is particularly important as it ensures analysis, integrity and consistency across divisions. It is integral in supporting the business to make proper strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Understand the business needs and support them by providing relevant and accurate reports
Provide valuable insights and analyse performance reports
Support further enhancements to internal MIS reporting to align more closely with world class standards (often involves financial modelling)
Work closely with the business and other parts of the Finance & Treasury Division to ensure data integrity and consistency across Divisions
Other ad hoc requests / projects as required
Support any project deliverables that relate to MIS Reporting area
Skills & Qualifications Required
Advanced Financial Modelling skills (implying excellent Excel skills)
Undergraduate qualifications from a reputable international University with outstanding academic results (someone who has both an Engineering/ Mathematics degree combined with Accounting would be very highly regarded)
Accounting knowledge combined with strong business acumen
Good command of written and spoken English
Good communications skills
Experience Required
Minimum 7 years experience in banking (preferably including a minimum of 2 year with a Multinational bank / corporation)
International experience will be highly regarded
There is a potential for this role to have 1 or 2 direct reports in the near future
