Ensure the efficient and timely recording of all financial commitments, maintaining the cost accounting system and controlling the general administration of the office.
Accountabilities:
Minimum D-3 with majoring of Management & Accounting
At least 4 years experience in a similar position in Construction , Mining / Oil & Gas Industry
Familiar with Project Cost System e.g Workbench, etc
Familiar with cost and cash flows report to management
Ensure all orders are completed correctly
Collate delivery dockets and maintain material registers
Check invoices against orders and delivery dockets and prepared for certification
Maintain Petty Cash site account and arrange reimbursement on a regular basis
Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
Good analytical thinking, resourceful in solving problems and keeping to timeframes
Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude
