Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in performing recruitment, organization development, compensation & benefit, human resources research, employee promotion/transfer, and other HR related activities
Willingness to work under pressure and deadline, as well as to learn and upgrade the skills during the working process
Proactive personality, with strong customer service-orientation attitude
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Excellent English, both speaking and writing
Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision
