Marketing Recruitment Manager - Indonesia

Marketing Recruitment Manager Requirements:

Degree in any field. Human Resource Development or its equivalent
Min 1-2 years working experience in recruitment functions. Preferably have relevant experience working in a executive search firm.
Proficient in Microsoft office Applications especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Good negotiation skills.
Must possess analytical, creative and coordination skills.
Must be a self starter, assertive, a goal getter and able to work independently.
Able to interact with all levels of people.
Excellent spoken and written English.
