HR Generalist - Indonesia

HR Generalist FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accountable for assisting HR Plant Manager to implement and execute Plant’s compensation and benefits policy, Ensure all compensation and benefit plans and programs are implemented properly and on time and provide C&B support to the Plant organization.

Accountable for assisting Plant HR Manager in implementing and monitoring the Manpower Planning, performing recruitment and selection process, organization planning and design, Organization Development as well as Training & Development, Performance Management and Advancement Planning.

Accountable for recommending and implementing programs that will promote a productive working environment and harmonious relation with union and affiliated labor organization. Participate and influence negotiations with the unions. Manage good working relationship and co-operation with union.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university
3-5 years experience of HR generalist in Multi National Companies
Strong theoretical and applied knowledge in Compensation/Benefit, Organization Development, and Industrial Relation
Able to communicate well with higher or lower level employees, including operators, easy going person
Have high drive and motivation and has initiatives
Fluent in English and PC skills
Based in Cikarang
