Senior Executive - Indonesia

Senior Executive Job Responsibilities:

Manage the spectrum of human resource functions of the company including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
Manage day to day general office administration
Implementation of effective HR policies, procedures and practices.
Assist management on implementation of performance management system.
Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues.
Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR and Admin duties as required by Management.
Liaison with legal authorities, contractors, customers and team members
Manage visa arrangement for expatriate


Requirements:

Minimum bachelor Degree in Business Admin majoring Accounting or equivalent with strong academic record
At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position
Applicant must possess strong grasp of finance and accounting knowledge as well as Microsoft Excel and Financial modelling skills
Applicant must possess strong presentation, be able to work independently with minimum supervision and communicate well at all level
Driven, matured, highly motivated, good business acumen and dynamic with excellent public relations
We are looking for a confident and pro-active candidate, who is willing to always go the extra mile, and want to see the bottom lines.
Must be computer literate & proficient in English and any additional language is an advantage
Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Willing to travel to over sea
