Ensure stable and reliable ISP services (e.g. mail, web hosting, DNS, Radius, backups and SAN)
Software and hardware maintenance on ISP servers
Identify and resolve performance issues onISP servers
Development of platform monitoring and management tools
Fault diagnosis and resolution (identify and fix service affecting issues in a timely manner)
Support for the backup network and ISP services
Provide coaching for less experienced team members
Contribute to the development and deployment of new platforms and products
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with an ISP, a large NOC or other such company associated with networking
High technical competence with Linux/UNIX, ISP service applications and scripting languages
Having extensive experience with routers, firewalls and Other ISP Network Device
Strong analytical skills
Must be keen to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Patient & friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
